山茶油整理剂TexTrit® Ultra-Nutro
山茶油整理剂TexTrit®Ultra-Nutro是在纺织品后整理工艺中添加的保湿整理剂,主要成份是山茶油,采用微胶囊技术把山茶油等保湿因子完整包覆,从而加工到纺织品上具有耐水洗的效能。

二、使用方法
1浸轧法
TexTrit®Ultra-Nutro 40 ~60g/L 。
轧液率 70 ~80%
处理方法 一浸轧→ 120 ℃
2浸吸法
TexTrit®Ultra-Nutro 3.0 ~5.0%
处理方法 浸渍 40 ~50 ℃*30 分钟后→离心脱水烘干即可 分钟后→离心脱水烘干即可
3喷洒法
将本品稀释至 3.0% 溶液后均匀喷洒,烘干
产品性能
1具有良好的保湿效果 。
2处理后织物手感软糯 。
注意事项
为保证产品的稳定性加料需缓慢加料。整理后的面料可能会有颜色和手感变化,请务必试样确认后进行大货整理.
贮 存
存放在阴凉干燥通风的地方,该产品的贮存期限至少为1年。开封后尽快用完。如果没有用完,请盖紧防止产品受潮或混入异物。
室内存放,避免高温、严寒。

TexTrit® Ultra-Nutro
Camellia oil finishing agent TexTrit®Ultra-Nutro is a moisturizing finishing agent added in the finishing process of textiles. The main ingredient is camellia oil. The camellia oil and other moisturizing factors are completely covered by microcapsule technology, which can be processed on textiles to make them resistant to washing.
Physical & chemical properties:
Appearance: White to light yellow dispersion liquid
Contents: Camellia oil, etc.
Solubility: Dispersable in water
Ionicity: Nonionic
Usage:
1. Padding method
TexTrit®Ultra-Nutro: 40-60g/L
Dip and roll once (Liquid rate: 70%-80%),
Process method一padding method→ 120 ℃
2. Impregnation method
TexTrit®Ultra-Nutro: 3-5%, impregnation at 40-50℃ for 30min → centrifugal dewatering → drying
3. Spraying method
Dilute the product to a 3% concentration solution and spray it on the material, then dry the material.
Characteristics:
1. It has good moisturizing effect.
2. Treated textiles are softened.
Attention:
To ensure the product’s stability, it’s necessary to add in the product slowly. Treated materials may change in color and hand feel, please confirm the sample test before mass production.
Storage:
1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage time is 1 year minimum. Use up as soon as possible after opening. If not used up, the package should be sealed tightly to avoid moisture or foreign matters.
